Every small event or encounter here at the Soul Refuge is unique and reflects my way of living and thinking.
Few are ready to truly understand what happens here.

  useful info: Soul Refuge – Il rifugio dell’Anima- is located at 600mt high from sea level,
  can be very hot in summer during day time and cold at night.
  Better to bring warm clothes for night, and very light cotton clothes for day time.
  Trekking shoes and light shoes are better, cap, sun glasses, torch, but don’t bring too much staff, place are small and we want to keep just the essential.
  pls. don’t bring too much plastic!
  Closest village for shops, bank, post office, pharmacy at 8 km from the refuge, (in summer open even in Sunday morning)
• materials: for art workshop you must bring your own staff, as request specifically for each group.
  Also musical instruments are very welcome.
  Bring always your sleeping bag, towels and eventually pillow
